BIOGRAPHY

James E. Davis has provided environmental due diligence assessments for commercial real estate since 2015. Mr. Davis is an Environmental Professional, qualified to evaluate material threats to a property from historical, ongoing, or potential future releases of hazardous substances or petroleum products.

He has extensive experience conducting on-site reconnaissance at environmentally pertinent operations including retail fuel stations, dry cleaners, automotive repair garages, and industrial manufacturing facilities. Mr. Davis has also managed projects and portfolios for skilled nursing, assisted living, multi-family residential, retail, restaurant, and hospitality properties.

Mr. Davis has worked across the United States and is familiar with the research of government agency records in a diverse range of state and federal environmental management jurisdictions. Mr. Davis holds his work to the highest professional standards and is trusted to deliver reliable, thorough, and detailed guidance to clients.

In addition to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Mr. Davis has designed and administered Phase II Limited Subsurface Assessments, and conducted Property Condition Assessments. His educational background is in environmental studies and his prior work experience includes field ecology and bio-remediation systems.
